Manual conversion processes were inefficient and time-consuming, limiting data accessibility and workflow automation. They needed a solution to automate KMZ to Excel conversion and integrate the extracted data seamlessly into Zoho Creator for efficient reporting and streamlined operations.

SubCon, as part of its ongoing efforts to improve construction management operations, identified a need for greater flexibility in designing data entry forms within Zoho Creator. The limitations of Creator’s default form builder impacted the ability to create visually intuitive and efficient layouts, which slowed down user interaction and data collection in the field.

The goal was to automate and manage complex processes such as drop requests, field updates, job completions, and notes — all from within a unified platform.
