1. Subscription and Service Cancellation

- We require a minimum notice period of 30 days for cancellations. This allows us to process your request and ensure a smooth transition.
2. Refunds
- If you cancel your subscription within the notice period, we will not charge you for the next billing cycle.
- We do not provide refunds for any unused days or months within a billing cycle.
- In case of extenuating circumstances, such as technical issues or service disruptions on our part, we may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Data Retention
- After cancellation, your data will be kept for 30 days in our system in case you decide to reinstate your subscription.
- After the retention period, all your data will be permanently deleted from our servers. Please ensure you retrieve any data you wish to keep before the retention period ends.
4. Future Access
- Once your subscription is canceled, you will no longer have access to the app and its features.
- If you wish to reinstate your subscription in the future, you will need to sign up again and go through the onboarding process. 

5. Communication

- We will send you a confirmation email upon receiving your cancellation request, outlining the details and the effective date of cancellation.

- If there are any outstanding charges or issues related to your account, we will reach out to you to address them.
